Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule production workers operating processing machines and fabricating rubber or plastic parts.
• Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate activities with other units.
• Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions.
• Prepare production reports and other documentation.
• Implement measures to improve productivity and quality.
• Set up machines and equipment.
• Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
