We value hearing from individuals who possess:- Previous supervisor experience in retail or hospitality management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial attitude with a background in a sales-driven environment
- Mindset focused on customer satisfaction (internal and external customers)
- Knowledge of skincare, body care, and fragrance is beneficial.
- Experience with clienteling is advantageous
- Basic technology skills
Pay Range: The pay range for this role is $65,000 - $70,000 annually (based on skill set and experience).
