Job Summary

Reporting to the Store Manager, your main focus as an Operations Associate is to support the team in maximizing sales and profitability by maintaining stockroom organization, managing inventory through shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, eCommerce order fulfillment, markdowns, and merchandising to ensure an outstanding shopping experience. You are a key part of your store's success!

You will contribute to optimizing inventory management, increasing sales, and enhancing customer satisfaction while maintaining brand and visual standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• At least 6 months of experience as a stockroom associate or in inventory management, preferably in retail
• Passion for fashion and a customer-oriented approach
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive team player
• Knowledge of social media, mobile devices, and computer skills are assets
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
