About the job

Under the supervision of the Specialized Auto and New Brunswick Coordinator, you will work as a property adjuster remotely.

What will your work week look like?

1. Investigate, assess damages, and settle claims for automobile accident benefits (section B) claims.
2. Provide timely customer service.
3. Participate in the continuous improvement of your team's claims handling processes.
4. When needed, investigate, assess damages, and settle claims for bodily injury (section A) sustained in a motor vehicle accident.
5. Initiate recoveries in claims requiring it.

Do you have that profile?

1. Three (3) years of experience in handling automobile accident benefits claims (Section B or AB).
2. Level 2 or 3 adjusters license issued by the province of New Brunswick or in the process of obtaining one.
3. Capable of using Microsoft Office suite.
4. Advanced command of the English and French language, both oral and written, to assist and serve our English and French speaking customers and suppliers, and to meet Groupe Promutuel's growth objectives.
