About the Opportunity:

Sportball, North America’s leading franchisor of youth multi-sport programs, is seeking an aspiring marketing professional to join us in an exciting new chapter. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will support the Head of Marketing in executing our brand vision and go-to-market strategies. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with leadership and franchisees, contributing ideas and helping shape the future of our mission-driven, international brand with a vibrant community culture.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years' experience in marketing, brand management, or agency work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; French is an asset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• An interest in sports and maintaining an active lifestyle

• Support franchisees with marketing resources and guidance.
• Coordinate marketing efforts for our corporate locations, aiming for growth targets.
• Collaborate with the franchisor marketing team to share strategies and insights.
