They are looking for an incredible leader to step in as the Operations Manager for their manufacturing site based in Calgary. This is a company that regularly promotes from within and is well regarded as a leader in innovation and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

Responsible for Plant Operations, Safety, Quality, Production, and Efficiency
Create, recommend, and manage capital projects
Initiate plans and processes which minimize manufacturing costs
Drive continuous process improvement and Lean principles
Manage the facility staff, including hiring, coaching, and developing

What You'll Need

Bachelor's degree
7-10 years managerial experience in a manufacturing environment
Hands-on management experience with budgeting, quality assurance, and troubleshooting equipment
Green Belt or Black Belt certification a plus
