Job description

As our newest Graphic/Interactive Designer, you will have the opportunity to apply your skills to a mix of creative projects including website designs, brand identities, promotional materials, advertising campaigns (billboard, print, direct mail and online ads), and social media campaigns.

You will work with various departments within Bravo Tango to ensure all designs and materials are developed as required. This includes brainstorming initial creative concepts with the creative team, consulting with the media director regarding ad specs, the interactive director on website projects, and the digital team for social and online. You will also work closely with a variety of account planners on a daily basis and be required to present creative concepts, site maps, wireframes and prototypes to clients in engaging, well-organized presentations that clearly share your vision and gather helpful feedback.

While you will be involved in a variety of design projects, interactive design will be a significant part of your role. Strong UX and web design knowledge and skills are an important asset.

This is a full-time role, based on-site at our Regina, Saskatchewan office.

You will apply your design skill and creativity to things like:

• Website designs
• Brand identities
• Promotional materials
• Ad campaigns such as billboard, print, direct mail, and online ad designs
• Social media campaigns

The successful candidate will possess:

• A diploma or degree in graphic design or visual communications, or equivalent experience and education
• Print, digital, and online design experience
• Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
• Experience using Adobe XD, Figma or other similar software for web design and prototyping
• A good understanding of User Experience (UX) planning and design
• The ability to be proactive, innovative, and highly organized
• Creativity and imagination
• Solid design and conceptual skills
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a deadline-driven environment
• Ability to tackle challenges with creativity, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
