We’re on the hunt for a Google Cloud Technology Lead, someone who’s not just fluent in GCP but who can inspire teams, guide clients through transformation, and drive real business value. We don’t just implement cloud platforms; we lead change. This is your opportunity to shape and scale a Google Cloud practice at the forefront of innovation, working alongside enterprise clients and collaborative teams.

In this role, you'll partner with our senior leadership to define the future of our cloud capabilities, mentor a growing team of engineers, and deliver strategic, high-impact solutions. You’ll also work closely with our sales and go-to-market teams to help bring bold ideas to life.

What You’ll Do

  1. Lead from the front — Drive high-value Google Cloud engagements and mentor our technical team through project execution and solution delivery.
  2. Be the technical voice — Join client conversations, present architectural solutions, and communicate the value of Google Cloud with clarity and confidence.
  3. Drive delivery excellence — Ensure quality in all deliverables, from technical solutions to client experiences.
  4. Fuel growth — Support pre-sales efforts, deliver demos and POCs, and develop sales assets and proposals in partnership with sales and marketing.
  5. Stay ahead — Keep up with Google Cloud innovations and promote modern practices and emerging technologies within our teams.
  6. Empower others — Recruit, mentor, and develop cloud engineers to strengthen our practice and culture.
  7. Grow strategic partnerships — Deepen relationships with Google and represent us at industry events, partner sessions, and conferences.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in technical consulting, cloud delivery, or solution architecture, with a focus on Google Cloud technologies.
  • Proven ability to build trust with enterprise clients, lead delivery teams, and provide technical leadership.
  • Strong background in business development, proposals, and pre-sales strategies; experience supporting digital transformation or cloud migration deals is a bonus.
  • Deep understanding of the Google Cloud ecosystem (Compute, GKE, BigQuery, etc.).
  • Experience delivering end-to-end cloud solutions in mid-market or enterprise environments across Canada.
  • A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build, scale, and lead without losing sight of details.
  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
