Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, quality, production, maintenance, and housekeeping on the assigned line
• Monitor and adjust high-speed, complex production equipment
• Work with a wide variety of raw materials
• Provide immediate maintenance support to operating production lines
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and pneumatic failures

Qualifications

• Education Required: High School Diploma or Trade Certification
• Preferred Education/Experience: Electronics, Electrical and Mechanical Technology, Machining, Machine Shop, or Electro Mechanical Technician/Technology
• Years of Experience: Less than 2 years
• Basic computer skills
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Aptitude to learn and troubleshoot highly automated, state-of-the-art machinery
• Self-starter with good interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and logical under pressure
• Willingness to work rotating 12-hour shifts and weekends
