Job description

Position: Student-at-Large Member for Period Equity Initiative Oversight Committee

The Period Equity Initiative Designated Fee Unit (DFU) is seeking a student-at-large to join its oversight committee. The selected member will be responsible for managing menstrual product distribution, ensuring consistent access to period products across campus, and overseeing the use of DFU funds dedicated to the initiative.

The oversight committee, which grants each member voting power, is composed of:

1. The Vice President of Student Life from the University of Alberta Students' Union
2. The Vice President of Student Life from the Association des Universitaires de la Faculté Saint Jean
3. The Vice President of Student Life from the Augustana Students' Association
4. Three Club Periodically Executives
5. One Students’ Council representative
6. One student-at-large from any of the three campuses
7. One representative from the Dean of Students
