The Opportunity:

We are seeking an exceptionally talented and passionate Quant Software Engineer to join our elite technology team. You will be instrumental in architecting, building, and maintaining the infrastructure that supports our high-performance trading systems. Additionally, you will contribute to the research, development, integration, and deployment of innovative AI applications across various domains, extending beyond trading. Responsibilities:

1. Architect, design, develop, test, and deploy high-performance, low-latency software solutions for our trading platform, ensuring speed and reliability.
2. Lead the development and integration of machine learning and AI models into our core trading infrastructure and other AI applications.
3. Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable data pipelines for processing and analyzing large datasets.
4. Collaborate with researchers and traders to understand their complex requirements for trading systems and AI models.
5. Manage the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
6. Explore and implement new technologies and architectures to improve system performance and scalability.
7. Participate in designing innovative AI applications beyond trading, such as data analytics and automation.
8. Ensure high standards of code quality, testing, and industry best practices.
9. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
10. Share knowledge within the team and mentor junior engineers.

Qualifications:

1. Strong academic background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields from a top-tier university, with outstanding academic achievement.
2. Proven coding ability, demonstrated by achievements such as IOI medals or ACM/ICPC finalist.
3. Expertise in high-performance programming languages (e.g., C++, Python).
