1. 10 years’ experience in a business analysis role documenting current and future state business processes and identifying capability gaps in a project environment.
2. 5 years’ experience performing analysis activities in healthcare environments, including facilitating requirements sessions and workshops with clinical stakeholders.
3. 5 years’ experience using journey mapping techniques to evaluate each step along a customer or patient’s experience accessing a service and identifying areas of low satisfaction or improvement.
4. 4 years’ experience performing analysis on service provisioning in a healthcare environment.
5. 4 years’ experience in business process modelling, analysis, and improvement within healthcare, including mapping processes and identifying inefficiencies.
6. 3 years’ experience leading teams of business analysis resources, including planning work and defining deliverables.
7. 2 years’ experience supporting analysis for Provincial Electronic Patent Record implementations, specifically in diagnostics, cardiology, neurology, orders, and pharmacy.

Requirements

• Valid Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification.
