We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager, Data Archiving & Surveillance to join our team. In this role, you will support GTS IT in managing Trader Voice, Compliance Voice Recording, and Communication Surveillance platforms and related technologies.

Responsibilities include:

• Responding to business requirements by engineering suitable solutions.
• Developing reliable, cost-effective solutions to meet business and technological needs.
• Collaborating with Regulatory Business Initiatives, Internal Controls, SI&D Service Management, and vendors to define scope, integrate communication platforms, and automate testing scenarios.
• Ensuring compliance with BNS technical and security standards and best practices.
• Working with vendors and internal teams for reviews and approvals of solutions.
• Developing test strategies and deployment plans.
• Providing engineering support during project deployment and operations.
• Assisting support teams with escalations.

Position Complexity:

• Understanding compliance policies and trading workflows.
• Developing and supporting deployment and testing of voice recording systems, ensuring complete capture.
• Utilizing REST APIs, networking, security, OS, and scripting skills daily.
• Knowledge of AI and NLP is advantageous.
• Managing vendor relationships and stakeholder communication.

Ideal Candidate Skills:

• Expertise in SIP and telecommunications.
• Experience with trader and enterprise voice technologies, recording, and surveillance systems.
• Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell, etc.) and quick learning ability.
• Strong understanding of electronic communication technologies and platforms.
• Knowledge of SaaS architectures and integrations.
• Experience with tools like IPC, Webex, MS Teams, Verint, etc., is a plus.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, supporting Latin American partners.
