As they continue to grow, they are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Director of Finance to join their team and lead our financial operations.

Your new role

The Director of Finance will be the head of the finance department, responsible for establishing and managing all financial processes, controls, and systems. This role will evolve into the Vice President of Finance, hiring and overseeing staff, collaborating with banks and financial institutions, and analyzing and structuring investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Build and lead the finance department, establishing robust financial processes, controls, and reporting systems.
• Implement accounting and project management software to streamline operations and ensure accurate financial tracking.
• Develop and maintain budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting systems to support strategic decision-making.
• Conduct thorough financial analysis to support project evaluations, investment opportunities, and business growth strategies.
• Work closely with banks, financial institutions, and investors to secure funding and manage financial relationships.
• Recruit, train, and manage finance staff as the department grows.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and manage financial risks effectively.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in finance, with a strong background in real estate development.
• Proven experience in building and leading finance teams.
• Expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and project management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
