As a qualified Service Technician, you are responsible for service and maintenance of laundry and parking equipment within the Greater Toronto region; successfully sustaining service levels and quality excellence to our customers and clients.
Responsibilities:
Respond to service calls as dispatched
Repair equipment to company standard
Respond to emergency calls as required
Rotate weekend ‘on call’ and after hour standby coverage
Evaluate and advise of any upgrades required in laundry rooms
Manage calls in territory to meet customer committed response times
Manage and maintain Coinamatic assets and expenses i.e.: vehicle, phone/communication device, fax machine, parts, uniform etc.
Develop and maintain a good rapport with Laundry Attendants, Owners, Environmental Managers, and other client personnel.
Represent Coinamatic in a positive and professional manner
Qualifications & Requirements:
A G2 gas license
Some post-secondary education with a focus on appliances technician or electrical courses
Valid Driver’s License and a good driving record
Demonstrate technical, electrical, and mechanical aptitude with excellent diagnostic ability
Demonstrate troubleshooting skills i.e.: plumbing, ventilation, electrical etc.
Solid driving knowledge of the GTA
Team player who can work with all levels of the organization i.e. sales, administration
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Able to maintain excellent customer/client experience
