Job description

Primarily process out-of-province automobile claims, handle transportation and cargo claims over the phone and on the road, ascertain and determine the extent of damage, negotiate claims settlement on behalf of insurance companies or for insureds.

Requirements :

Required education, knowledge and experience.

• At least 2 years of experience in claims settlement
• Valid driver's license
• Bilingualism an asset

Responsibilities :

Collect the versions of the facts from the insureds and / or witnesses / third parties by questioning them with tact and vigilance, according to our clients' quality and customer service standards.

• Investigate the facts and circumstances in order to determine the cause and responsibility of the loss; Communicate well-founded recommendations to clients.
• Determine the extent of the damage according to our clients' standards. .
• Negotiate a fair and satisfactory settlement for all
