Job description

Scaling Solutions Architecture & Engineering Team

We are expanding our Solutions Architecture & Engineering team to support our growing business needs.

Customers:
  • External, enterprise clients across various industries
  • Focus areas include CloudOps, DevOps, Platform, Infrastructure
  • Work with Cloud and Hybrid environments
Primary Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with, guide, and support both new and existing customers
  • Manage the full customer lifecycle: presale, setup, installation, and support
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation
Skills & Experience:
  • Over 5 years of experience in engineering and operations (systems, software, infrastructure)
  • At least 2 years supporting external customers in solutions, customer success, or support roles
  • Experience with orchestration and containerization technologies
  • Knowledge of cloud computing services (compute, networking, storage)
  • Experience with AKS, EKS, GKE
  • Familiarity with cloud-native technologies
  • Proficiency in Linux (Bash, Shell scripting)
  • Programming skills in Python, Go, C
  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline is preferred
