The Child and Family Programs Division of the Ministry of Social Services is seeking a highly motivated, innovative Subject Matter Expert to support testing for the Linkin Enterprise Case Management and Payment system and the EBMP project. This is a 6-month term position reporting to the Manager of Information Technology and Business Intelligence.
Responsibilities include:
Qualifications: Experience with CFP case management practices within the Linkin system, knowledge of CFP policies, and understanding of business processes related to payments. Skills in SQL and IBM COGNOS reporting are assets.
Strong proficiency with Linkin, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint), and communication tools is required. Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and critical thinking skills. Ability to deliver presentations effectively to various audiences is essential.
