Job description

Reporting to the General Manager, Operations, as the Senior Operations Analyst, you are responsible for driving operational efficiencies across all departments at StreetSide Developments, Calgary. This role involves leading large-scale change initiatives and technological enhancements. The Senior Operations Analyst will identify technology solutions, assist with their implementation, and focus on improving overall operational efficiency.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  1. Understanding all operational functions with an emphasis on refining processes for efficiency.
  2. Reviewing existing procedures to identify ways to increase productivity.
  3. Proposing new ideas, techniques, and opportunities to enhance effectiveness and performance across departments.
  4. Researching, presenting, and implementing process improvements, technological advancements, and suitable software platforms.
  5. Providing leadership and expertise in CRM support (e.g., New Star and Hubspot).
  6. Applying best practices in change management and project management to implement improvements.
  7. Training personnel on optimal tool usage through a structured implementation strategy.

  • Experienced in using and managing CRM systems.
  • Holding a valid driver’s license and having access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Willing to undergo a criminal record check.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint).
  • Experienced with various software and industry platforms such as Hubspot, Autodesk, Construction Cloud, Smart Sheet, or similar.

Work Conditions
