Location: Mississauga, ON L4W 5J1
Workplace Information: On site
Salary: $34.10 hourly / 30 to 44 hours per week
Terms of Employment: Term or contract, Full time (Day, Flexible Hours, Morning, Weekend)
Vacancies: 1 vacancy
Education: College/CEGEP
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities

Tasks:

  1. Give access to computer networks
  2. Report on the performance of computer systems and networks
  3. Respond to users experiencing difficulties with computers
  4. Consult user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions
  5. Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties
  6. Collect, organize and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
  7. Participate in the redesign of applications and other software
  8. Supervise other technical support workers in this group
  9. Provide business systems, network and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties
  10. Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software
  11. Perform web-server backup and recovery operations
  12. Provide customer service
  13. Manage incidents
