Employment Status: Temporary 6-month contract. Full-time - 37.5 hours per week. This is a Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in-person role. Not suitable for remote candidates.

Servus is growing! We are seeking a Leasing Sales Coordinator at our Stride Capital office in Southwest Calgary, Alberta.

Reporting to the Vice President of Business Development, the Stride Leasing Sales Coordinator plays a vital role in our growth. We seek a self-starter with entrepreneurial energy who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will support the sales team by handling credit/documentation requests, creating t-values, auditing TruePic data, entering data into Aspire, following up on insurance, and collaborating with brokers to move deals from credit approval to booking. The ideal candidate is a team player with excellent prioritization and time management skills.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Developing and building credit packages from start to finish using information provided by Account Managers.
  • Reading and understanding personal and commercial credit reports, researching collateral value, and analyzing secondary market conditions.
  • Preparing credit submissions, including applications, credit write-ups, quotes, employment verifications, and financial statements to facilitate informed credit decisions.
  • Collaborating with the documentation team to ensure deals are documented and funded.
  • Maintaining data input and integrity within Aspire for each submission.
  • Conducting amortization schedules to identify rates of return on funded deals.

To qualify, candidates should have:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or administrative roles is an asset.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a demanding environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word) and Adobe Acrobat Pro.

Education and training requirements include:

  • Currently enrolled or graduated with a BA/BS in Business Administration (preferred majors: Finance, Accounting, International Business, Logistics & Supply Chain Management).
  • High School Diploma required.
