Pharma Sales Rep Respiratory – Specialty and Primary Care

XEDITON is seeking energetic, self-motivated professionals with strong communication skills for the role of Sales Representatives in various provinces. The representative will develop business relationships with GPs, Specialists, and other Healthcare providers in community settings. You will support brand growth and profitability by working closely with internal and external stakeholders, calling on targeted healthcare providers in community or clinic settings, and achieving sales targets through effective territory management.

  1. Develop and maintain a sales plan for the territory using the Company’s CRM system.
  2. Implement the sales plan to formulate effective client call strategies to maximize opportunities.
  3. Seek out new promotional opportunities, develop campaigns, and promotions to drive sales and raise brand awareness.
  4. Conduct sales calls on GPs, Specialists, clinics, and pharmacies within the territory to promote and sell products.
  5. Ensure customer needs are met and build productive relationships.
  6. Assist in sales planning, strategies, territory coverage, and forecasting processes.
  7. Produce regular analysis of the territory’s sales performance.
  8. Support operational marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
  9. Attend sales and product-related meetings as required.
  10. Promote product awareness and grow the sales base within the territory.
  11. Manage key accounts effectively.
  12. Handle product complaints and adverse drug reactions from customers and healthcare professionals, documenting or forwarding as appropriate.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, preferably in Respiratory.
  • Creative, resourceful, organized, adaptable, self-motivated, and independent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with social media tools is an asset.
  • Strong innovative and creative selling skills.
  • Ability to learn technical and product-related materials for product training and promotional communication.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and prospecting, with a strong sales aptitude.
