Job description

Service company located in TMR (near metro) is looking for a bilingual, detail-oriented, conscientious individual.

Administrative Assistant Duties Include:
  • Relief reception
  • Answering phones
  • Filling
  • Opening incoming mail & courier
  • Preparing bank deposits
  • Correspondence
  • Accounts receivable and collection
  • Purchasing office supplies
  • Updating monthly lists and reports
  • Invoicing
  • Customer service
  • Mass internet mailings
IT Function Requirements:
  • Strong computer skills including advanced Excel (a must)
  • Fast and accurate keyboarding skills
  • Basic understanding of databases (Access & SQL)

Salary range depends on qualifications and experience.
