Strategic Development Program Trainee - ISC

As a Strategic Development Program Trainee, you will participate in a 5-phase program designed to teach you every aspect of our business, from shipping and receiving to sales, operations, purchasing, and account management.

Responsibilities & Duties:

1. Phase 1 - Warehouse Logistics

• Learn our products, their journey from vendor to customer, and all levels of sales support.
• Get involved in customer service, counter sales, order management, inventory and pricing controls, credit management, and financial statements.
• Assist customers with product and service issues and manage large-scale projects.

Phase 4 - Outside Sales/Account Management

• Identify new business opportunities, sell products, negotiate contracts, and build relationships with customers and vendors.

Phase 5

• Use your training to determine your ideal career path within the company.

Qualifications:

• Post-secondary education is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to get hands dirty and mechanically inclined.
• Positive attitude and results-oriented mindset.
• Desire to learn and grow continuously.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Strong work ethic and integrity.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Excellent communication skills for building relationships with customers, vendors, and teammates.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
