YOUR MISSION

The Producer has the responsibility to define and establish the project’s overall production operations and strategy and to support the creative process in collaboration with the Creative Director. Planning, organizing, and supervising are part of the Producer’s day-to-day tasks as they are closely involved in every step, from conception to final operation. They represent the project and manage relationships with the client, while ensuring efficient communication between the latter and the production team. They manage risks and advise teams by giving clear recommendations. Furthermore, they work with the client and ensure the total quality of the project’s production delivery. The Producer is a person with highly remarkable leadership and interpersonal skills. They are a talented communicator and a positive influencer.

Our diverse team blends storytelling, immersion, interactivity, and live performance to create original and unexpected experiences that connect audiences around the globe.

YOUR MANDATE
  • Define, guide and establish the project’s overall strategy (planning, organizing and supervising), in collaboration with the Creative Director;
  • Be responsible for service proposals, contracts, budget breakdowns, schedules, creative processes and objectives in collaboration with the Creative Director;
  • Participate in client briefs; prepare the client project’s contractual and administrative documents, in collaboration with all internal participants and the legal team;
  • Validate potential projects’ feasibility and profitability based on client needs and technical information;
  • Identify and analyze available resources (in-house teams, expertise, suppliers, etc.) for the realization of the project;
  • Participate, develop and maintain the overall business strategy development; identify and analyze the project’s potential risks to minimize and control them while aligned with the unit’s vision and objectives;
  • Develop and maintain business relationships with current, potential clients and also maintain a network of selected professionals in prescribed industries, more specifically the Sports & Entertainment industry; manage client relations, represent the project and empower the teams, according to the established Unit strategic and financial plan;
  • Assign tasks and delegate to Line Producers, Multimedia Directors and Technical Directors, according to the established strategy and available expertise;
  • Supervise the project’s evolution and ensure a smooth operation by giving advice and recommendations to the teams (technical objectives, efficiency, etc.);
  • Ensure quality control within various departments (project meets client requirements);
  • Plan and release billing while ensuring payment follow-up with the client;
  • Ensure on-budget delivery, with a constant follow-up on costs and overall project progress;
  • Elaborate project post-mortem in collaboration with the involved teams;
  • Act as an expert and positive influencer; assist, train and accompany in relation to the required expertise;
  • Actively participate in the standardization of tools and procedures between different producers.
