Job Overview

Contribute to the efficient operation of the rubber encapsulating department. Ensure compliance with current ISO requirements, maintain good housekeeping, and adhere to all safety standards.

A Day In The Life
  • Set up and operate the rubber encapsulation machine according to print specifications, shop order, and process sheet requirements.
  • Follow all safety regulations to ensure the safety of yourself and others.
  • Ensure the machine is operated with the proper mold and at the correct temperature.
  • Maintain production standards through performance.
  • Work at any workstation as needed to meet production requirements.
  • Inspect products to ensure they meet specifications.
  • Complete all documentation and perform rework on nonconforming products.
  • Perform other duties as directed by supervisors.
What Will Help You Thrive in This Role
  • High school diploma or GED preferred. Ability to perform basic reading, writing, and math skills. Computer skills are a plus.
  • Basic mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Ability to understand and follow detailed written and oral instructions.
