Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Marketing Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you will get to advance our global infrastructure brand through an integrated marketing approach.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Partnering closely with Parsons’ infrastructure business on marketing communication campaigns, including tradeshows, events, sponsorships, and memberships
  • Managing multiple tradeshows and events—from planning through execution—ensuring they stay on schedule and on budget
  • Collaborating across teams to ensure marketing and events support our business objectives
  • Creating reliable financial reports and ensuring timely payments
  • Assisting in developing marketing plans and timelines for promoting Parsons’ infrastructure business across various channels including email, web, and print media
  • Coordinating conference attendance logistics, including managing attendee lists, marketing materials, and speaker arrangements
  • Coordinating meetings, conferences, and developing production timelines
  • Supporting daily administrative tasks and data management for the marketing & communications team and stakeholders
What Required Skills You'll Bring
  • An undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Collaborative mindset focused on partnership
  • One to three years of relevant experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Basic design skills with Adobe Creative Suite

Salary Range: $62,300.00 - $109,000.00
