Job description

Luczak & Associates is a three-lawyer firm located in the beautiful Town of Lunenburg. We are passionate about providing quality service to clients and have an opportunity for a full-time, permanent legal assistant to join our team.

Duties include:

  1. Administrative and paralegal support in the areas of family law, wills and estates law, and/or real estate law.
  2. Client communications.
  3. File and deadline management.
  4. Document drafting and preparation of court filings.
  5. Invoicing.
  6. Shared responsibilities for general office tasks.

The successful applicant must have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, be self-motivated, and able to work independently. Attention to detail is essential. Proficiency with MS Office 365 (Outlook and Word) is required. Experience with CLIO is an asset.
