Ridge Rock Brewing Company is seeking an experienced and passionate Head Brewer to lead all aspects of brewing, cellaring, and packaging. You will oversee production schedules, develop new recipes, maintain quality standards, and contribute to shaping the future of our brewery for our restaurant, retail store, and LCBO presence.

We operate a 15 BBL brewhouse focused on approachable, high-quality beer. We’re looking for someone ready to take the reins and bring their passion for brewing to our team.
