You stay current in your knowledge of all products, promotions, and marketing initiatives to engage with our customers and respond effectively to their needs. You also communicate the UGG brand’s sustainability initiatives and social and ethical commitments while sharing your passion for our products. As a Sales Lead with Keys, you operate as part of a dynamic team and cooperate to achieve business goals.
Description
As a Sales Lead with Keys, you create personalized shopping experiences that foster brand loyalty. You model our Service Training Program, greet customers promptly and courteously, and ensure all customer questions are addressed before they leave. You provide exceptional service from start to finish, including explaining our return policy. You maintain a positive, cheerful attitude and promote the store and brand image in all interactions, including adhering to a dress code. You make yourself available to all customers, including those calling on the phone.
Your role extends beyond the sales floor. You operate the cash register, handle money accurately, check inventory daily, and ensure products are stocked and merchandised according to Visual Merchandising standards. You maintain a clean and organized back-stock and employee break area, practice safety, and respond to theft according to policy. You promote a positive work environment by recognizing team members' performance and maintaining respectfulness.

Compensation and Benefits
Hourly rate : $17 - $20 in Ontario, CA. Salary in other locations varies based on skills, experience, and education. Benefits include competitive pay, discounts, perks, global contests, and growth opportunities.
