Your job:

1. Greet clients and answer questions.
2. Assist clients with banking applications and ATMs.
3. Listen to clients' needs and resolve complex situations.
4. Provide advice and transaction solutions for Personal Banking clients.
5. Build lasting business relationships.
6. Ensure client satisfaction and engagement.
7. Refer clients to specialists for specific needs.
8. Adhere to compliance and risk management rules.

Your team:

The branch operates one evening per week, with varying work schedules based on team availability. You will report to the Customer Service Branch Manager or Branch Manager and collaborate with a team of experts in investment, credit, mortgage financing, and more.
