About the Role:
This position presents an opportunity to participate in a growth-oriented company and gain exposure to a unique industry. The successful candidate will work closely with the Treasury Operations group during the Summer term, supporting day-to-day activities in various banking platforms and process improvement initiatives to optimize the company's cash position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage the company’s daily liquidity position.
• Assist with month-end and quarter-end closing activities.
• Prepare wire transfers and intercompany cash transfers.
• Manage bank account documentation and assist in managing bank accounts.
• Prepare monthly and ad-hoc financial, compliance, or audit reports.
• Manage the Treasury shared email box to support team deadlines.

Knowledge Required:

• Currently enrolled in an accredited post-secondary program.
• Completed at least one year of University Studies in Commerce or Business Administration.
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook tools.
• Ability to quickly master new software, specifically our TMS.

Note: This position requires the employee to be on-site for a minimum of 4 days to perform most effectively.
