Job Description
Responsibilities: Responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including:
- Gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements
- Defining the product vision
- Ensuring that the product supports the company's strategic goals
Experience
- Experience on a medium-sized project as a business analyst or functional consultant
- Experience with enterprise business architectural concepts to ensure recommended technologies align with OPS standards
- Experience developing business cases from start to finish
- Experience with the software development life cycle, software design, development, and integration, database concepts, UI design principles, change management, QA, risk management, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning
- Experience conducting business analysis reviews, recommending options & changes, and contingency provisions
- Providing technical leadership, functional analysis, and architecture expertise
- Service delivery management, portfolio, program/project management, and resource management
- Expertise in enterprise-level and client-specific business analysis and modeling
- Knowledge of I&T policies, directives, guidelines, and procedures related to service delivery and enterprise architecture
- Understanding of clients' policies, programs, business goals, and resource management to align technology solutions
- Assessing client requirements and identifying optimal technology solutions
- Evaluating industry trends, standards, and policies to develop appropriate information architecture and data management strategies
- Planning and leading all phases of business analysis, process improvements, and infrastructure projects
- Ensuring quality and standards compliance in recommendations and implementations
- Strong problem-solving skills to analyze client needs and develop effective solutions
Communication Skills
- Strong documentation skills for reports, reviews, and assessments
- Effective presentation of ideas and suggestions in a clear, user-friendly manner
- Ability to communicate design and development concepts clearly
Requirements
Must Have:
- Experience leading and conducting business analysis for projects, documenting technical requirements
- Experience creating product roadmaps and collaborating on feasibility assessments
- Experience developing onboarding materials, governance, and product management processes
- Experience creating context diagrams, use cases, process maps, stakeholder maps, and system diagrams
