This is a remote 12 month contract.

Position Description
As an E-Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting Novo Nordisk’s innovative products within the healthcare community. You will develop strategic business relationships with Endocrinologists, Primary Care Physicians, Diabetes Nurse Educators, Nurse Practitioners, Pharmacists, and other relevant Health Care Professionals. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivers effective and focused sales calls via virtual methods on key targets (Primary Care Physicians, Specialists, Diabetes & Obesity Nurse Practitioners, Nurse Practitioners, Obesity Educators, Pharmacists and other allied HCPs)
  • Analyzes appropriate sales data to determine progress and identify areas of opportunity; incorporates into plan and provides regular reports to Director
  • Liaises with local field teams to identify needs and opportunities to drive performance and productivity, participating in National Sales meetings, team sales meetings and training programs as required.
  • Leverage NNCI resources and programs to assist customers (i.e., Patient Support Programs, Learning Programs)
  • Obtain and maintain a level of Product and Disease Knowledge in Diabetes and Obesity that enables meaningful conversations to ensure credibility and value is provided to HCPs

Required Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who meets the following qualifications:

  • University degree or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales. Experience in pharmaceutical sales is a strong plus.
  • Bilingual in English and French is a strong asset.

This is a remote position within the Marketing department. Our team is responsible for promoting and selling Novo Nordisk's products to healthcare professionals, pharmacies, hospitals, and other public institutions. We focus on developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and driving sales activities and operations.
