Job summary

Sporting Life is seeking an experienced eComm & Warehouse Manager in Canada to oversee order processing, fulfillment, and stock management across online orders and in-store warehouses.

You will lead cross-functional teams, uphold service standards, and drive continuous improvements in speed, accuracy, and efficiency, with a focus on safety and a customer-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Oversees order processing, packing, and outbound shipment preparation.
• Leads and develops eComm & Warehouse teams to achieve 24-hour order fulfilment goals.
• Monitors service levels and resolves issues within 24 hours.
• Optimizes warehouse layout and space utilization for efficiency.
• Ensures OHSA compliance and safe working practices.
