Job summary

Sporting Life in Canada is hiring an eCommerce Shipping Associate to process, pack, and ship online orders accurately and on time. You will ensure a seamless online shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process and fulfill online orders efficiently and accurately to meet delivery expectations.
• Pack and prepare shipments following company standards to ensure products arrive safely.
• Monitor order statuses and communicate delays or issues with customers via phone and electronic messaging.
• Adjust orders to accommodate customer requests or product availability.
• Investigate and resolve shipping issues, including delays or lost packages, by coordinating with third-party logistics providers.
• Ensure proper documentation is completed for all shipments, returns, and order modifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, following all operational and safety guidelines.
