The E-commerce Quality Assurance Tester will collaborate with E-Commerce, IT and developers to ensure the quality and functionality of the current system as well as new system developments.

Qualifications

• Education required: College diploma in IT related program.
• A minimum of 2 years of related Ecommerce or IT experience.
• Enjoy and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
• The ability to shift between rapidly changing priorities.
• Creative, highly organized, and self-motivated person.
• Bilingual (English and French) would be an asset.
• Experience with testing automation is considered an asset

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with E-commerce, IT team members, and developers to gain in-depth knowledge of enhancements & changes to existing systems, and new developments.
• Participate in planning sessions to define priorities for bug fixes and feature enhancements.
• Design acceptance criteria, and User Acceptance Test Plan for bug fixes and feature enhancements.
• Build test plans supporting project-based upgrades and coordinate the execution of the test plans.
• Execute regression testing of KENT websites and connected systems, during sprint cycles.
• Monitor systems, post deployment and report bugs and deficiencies.
