A leading airline provider in Montreal is seeking a Coordinator for Monitoring and User Testing in E-Commerce. This role involves performing user acceptance tests, managing quality assurance for digital platforms, and interpreting anomalies to ensure effective resolutions. The ideal candidate will hold a college degree in computer science, possess 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce, and be fluent in both French and English. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while engaging with diverse teams.

Qualificações

• One (1) to three (3) years of experience in e-commerce.
• Excellent written and verbal expression.
• Ability to acquire new skills quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Perform user acceptance tests (UAT) for digital platforms.
• Monitor the digital platforms to identify/document anomalies.
• Participate in the documentation of the team's operating procedures.

Conhecimentos

Knowledge of internet platforms based transactional websites

Ability to work under pressure

Excellent priority management skills

Oral and written fluency in French and English
