Salary: £42,000 OTE

Overview

We are a leading and fast-growing business in the pet industry, seeking a commercially astute and hands on E-Commerce Manager to lead our multi-channel e-commerce operations. You will take ownership of five well established online sales platforms: Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop, and two high performing direct to consumer website, each with seven figure annual turnovers. With at least two new platforms launching in 2025, this role will play a key part in our ambitious growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimise daily trading performance across marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop, and two websites.
  • Manage a large product catalogue of over 7,000 SKUs, ensuring accurate listings, availability, and consistency across all sales channels.
  • Confidently create and maintain high performing listings, particularly in Amazon Seller Central, with a focus on conversion, keyword optimisation, and compliance.
  • Drive revenue and customer acquisition through strategic planning, merchandising, promotions, and platform optimisation.
  • Lead the successful integration and launch of two new e-commerce platforms in 2025.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics (traffic, AOV, conversion, customer retention), using insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with marketing, logistics, customer service, and creative teams to ensure smooth operations and unified brand messaging.
  • Improve user journey and customer satisfaction across all platforms, maintaining our reputation for service excellence in the pet market.
  • Ensure all content and processes meet platform guidelines and reflect industry standards and brand values.

Key Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience managing multi channel e-commerce operations, ideally with seven-figure revenues.
  • Proficient in Amazon Seller Central and knowledgeable across other platforms such as eBay, TikTok Shop, and e-commerce CMS systems (e.g. Shopify, WooCommerce).
  • Proven experience managing high SKU volumes (7,000+ products).
  • Strong commercial and analytical acumen, with a growth-focused mindset.
  • Excellent attention to detail in listing creation, pricing, and product presentation.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and project management skills.
  • Comfortable working both strategically and operationally in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Attributes

  • Experience in the pet industry or a passion for pet products and consumers.
  • Familiarity with inventory tools, PIM systems, or automation software.
  • Experience with international marketplaces and cross-border selling.
  • Understanding of SEO, CRO, and digital marketing tactics.
