Arobas Personnel is looking for an E-Commerce & Digital Specialist for a permanent role with one of our clients based in Montreal.

*Remote : Hybrid-4 journées/semaine en présentiel*

What will your day look like?

As an E-Commerce & Digital Specialist, you’ll be a key player in driving online sales, enhancing digital visibility, and ensuring a seamless user experience. You’ll work closely with marketing and technical teams to align strategies and deliver a consistent brand presence across all digital platforms.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize the online product catalog
  • Support and execute SEO strategies aligned with brand goals
  • Analyze sales and product performance to identify improvement opportunities
  • Ensure smooth user experience and quality assurance of the site (visual and functional)
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotions
  • Propose and implement strategies to increase conversion rates

Please note: This role does not include direct management of paid acquisition campaigns but requires a strong understanding of such strategies to work effectively with responsible partners or teams.

Performance indicators (KPIs):

  • Online store conversion rate
  • Performance by product category (sales, engagement)
  • SEO rankings and click-through rate (CTR)

What we’re looking for:

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing
  • Strong command of SEO and solid understanding of paid acquisition (Google Ads, Bing)
  • Ability to support and collaborate on paid media campaigns
  • Analytical mindset and ability to interpret performance data
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and analytics tools
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Bilingualism required – fluent in French and English, spoken and written

Assets:

  • Familiarity with UX/UI best practices
  • Basic understanding of web development processes
