Description

Mission of the Role (What you’ll be doing): As E-Commerce Coordinator, you will support the growth and daily operations of our E-Commerce division. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer focus will be essential as you manage supplier communications, support internal collaboration, and serve as the main contact for online customers. Your effectiveness in organization, multitasking, and communication will drive our online sales success and improve customer experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, motivated, and dedicated to advancing our E-Commerce channel.

Key Duties & Accountabilities (Primary responsibilities & measurable outcomes):
  • Manage inbound and outbound sales orders
  • Support Magento e-store with product data management and creative asset updates
  • Handle customer service inquiries, coordinate sample requests, and close sales
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal departments
  • Collaborate with vendors to identify market opportunities and trends
  • Follow up with vendors on distribution issues
  • Manage sample inventory
  • Monitor sales and margins
  • Assist with purchase order creation, tracking, and confirmation
  • Monitor stock levels and recommend safety measures
  • Support digital marketing efforts (PPC, SEO, social media)
  • Manage departmental expenses
  • Analyze data for insights
  • Resolve problems effectively
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications (What you’ll need to be successful):
  • Post-secondary education in a related field required; Bachelor’s preferred
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficient with MS Office; familiarity with Google Ads and Analytics
  • E-Commerce experience (Magento, Shopify, Amazon) is an asset
  • Ability to analyze sales and market trends
  • Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
  • Experienced in advanced selling tactics
  • Strong project management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
