Job Responsibilities:

• Developing new business and partnership and identify business new opportunities
• Managing existing business with strategical planning and performance monitoring with Bancassurance team
• Maintain relationship with partners to ensure business sustainability
• Coordinate with various departments to develop strategic and tactical solutions for business growth

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any majors, preferably in management
• Experience in minimum 1-2 years in the insurance or banking industry, preferably from a Sharia company
• Strong presentation and managerial skills
• Having knowledge of sharia and basic life insurance principles
• Familiar with Visio and/or Draw.io is a must
