GFL Environmental is seeking safe and experienced Residential Truck Drivers to join our team at our Windsor, ON site operations.

The Residential Driver will be responsible for safely, efficiently, and courteously providing waste removal services to customers. This includes collecting solid waste or recyclables from curbside and/or backdoor routes and transporting them to post-collection facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for curbside pickup of waste and recycling containers on the assigned route.
• Ensure service completion in accordance with company policies and contract obligations.
• Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections of assigned trucks.
• Complete daily routes as assigned by Route Supervisors.
• Satisfy customer needs for service.
• Perform end-of-day driver check-ins to ensure complete and accurate paperwork.
• Complete routes in a timely and safe manner.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by Route Supervisors.

Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:

• DZ/AZ License.
• Experience driving in urban environments.
• Experience in landscaping, roofing, or farming is an asset.
• Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs repetitively.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.

Starting Pay: $30.15/hour
