Job summary

Lucknow District Co-operative Inc. is seeking a DZ Energy Driver based in Lucknow, ON. This full-time role delivers propane and fuels to customers with a focus on safety and customer service, under the Energy Manager’s guidance.

Requires a High School education or equivalent and a valid Ontario DZ license with a clean driving record, plus at least 1 year of commercial driving experience. Benefits are included with employment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Ontario DZ license with a clean abstract.
• At least 1 year of commercial driving experience is required.
• Must be insurable by the company’s insurer without restrictions or surcharges.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate single or tandem axle trucks for delivery/pick-up of energy and/or agronomy products and related equipment.
• Uphold the highest safety standards in propane/fuel delivery while providing exceptional customer service.

OVERVIEW & PURPOSE STATEMENT: Lucknow District Co-operative Inc. has an opening for a DZ Energy Driver based out of Lucknow, ON.This is a full-time position with benefits. Under the direction of the Energy Manager, the Energy Driver employee will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of propane and fuel to our customers.

PAY RANGE: $27-31/hour

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Demonstrates knowledge of and the ability to safely operate single or tandem axle trucks, multi-axle configuration trucks for delivery and/or pick-up of energy and/or agronomy products and other equipment as required.

Upholds the highest standards of safety in the delivery of propane or fuels to end use containers while providing exceptional customer service.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Requires a High School education or the equivalent thereof.

Must have and maintain a valid Ontario DZ driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract & minimum of 1 year commercial driving experience.

Must be insurable by the company’s insurance provider without restrictions or surcharge.
