Job Summary:

Operate waste collection or recycling vehicles and assist in loading curbside materials. Ensure routes are completed safely, efficiently, and with excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate waste collection/recycling trucks on assigned routes
• Load garbage and recyclables from curbsides into the truck
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
• Provide professional customer service
• Complete routes timely and efficiently
• Perform vehicle inspections and complete DVIRs
• Report maintenance or safety issues promptly

Requirements:

• Valid AZ/DZ license with a clean abstract and CVOR
• Minimum 1 year of proven driving experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform outdoor physical labor
• Pass background checks including MTO medical, drug test, criminal record, license verification, and employment history
• Reliable, punctual, team player
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently
• Excellent communication skills

Schedule:

Monday to Friday plus overtime; Start at 6:00 AM; 10-12 hours per day on average
