Job Summary

Reporting to the Store Manager, your main focus as a Team Lead is contributing to your store's success by promoting a positive shopping experience for each customer, building and maintaining meaningful and long-term relationships. You will play an important role in daily store operations, including inventory management, increasing sales and customer satisfaction, and maintaining brand and visual merchandising standards. You will also manage shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and eCommerce order fulfillment. You are an integral part of your store's success!

Qualifications
  • High school diploma
  • 2 years of retail experience is an asset
  • 1 year of experience as a team lead, preferably in retail
  • Passion for fashion and customer-oriented mindset
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships
  • Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks
  • Organized, proactive, hands-on team player
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to service quality
  • Social media, mobile device, and computer skills are assets
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
