Job Summary

Reporting to the Store Manager, your main focus as a Team Lead is contributing to your store's success by promoting a positive shopping experience for each customer, building and maintaining long-term relationships. You will play a key role in daily store operations, including inventory management, increasing sales, and maintaining brand standards and visual merchandising. You will also manage shipment processing, store replenishment, and eCommerce order fulfillment. Your contributions are vital to the store's success!

Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • 2 years of retail experience (asset)
  • 1 year of experience as a team lead, preferably in retail
  • Passion for fashion and customer-oriented
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and relationship-building ability
  • Effective time management and multitasking skills
  • Organized, proactive, hands-on team player
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to service quality
  • Social media, mobile device, and computer skills (asset)
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
