Job Summary

Reporting to the Store Manager, your main focus as a Team Lead is contributing to your store’s success by promoting a positive shopping experience for each customer, building and maintaining meaningful and long-term relationships. You play an important role in daily store operations, including inventory management, increasing sales and customer satisfaction, and maintaining brand and visual standards. You also contribute to inventory management through shipment processing, replenishment, and eCommerce order fulfillment. You are integral to your store’s success!

Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • 2 years of retail experience (asset)
  • 1 year of experience as a team lead, preferably in retail
  • Passion for fashion and customer-oriented mindset
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for relationship building
  • Effective time management to handle multiple tasks
  • Organized, proactive team player
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to service
  • Social media, mobile devices, and computer skills (asset)
  • Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
