Groupe Dynamite Inc. in Calgary is seeking a full-time Stylist to deliver personalized fashion experiences and expert styling advice that drives sales. You will build outfits, assist customers in selecting looks, and help them feel confident in their style.

We value energetic team players with a minimum of 2 years in retail styling, strong communication, and a passion for trends. Benefits include employee discounts, development programs, and a competitive bonus plan.

Formación

• Great style sense and confident in fashion trends and outfit building.
• Availability to work a flexible full-time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as per business needs.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a stylist or retail sales associate.
• Prior experience in a target-based sales environment is an asset.
• Social media skills, knowledge of mobile devices, and computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver a personalized experience through curated choices that reflect each customer’s unique style and preferences.
• Demonstrate the ability to build outfits and increase customer basket size across multiple product categories.
• Offer exceptional fitting room service, creating complete looks and demonstrating the impact of wearing versus styling.
• Stay updated, and share expert level product knowledge and styling tips covering wear, fit, fabric and care instructions.
• Exceed corporate and personal goals and contribute to store success with passion and integrity.
• Grow a personal client list by acquiring new customers while retaining existing loyal customers.
• Communicate with personal client lists via phone, email, and social media about events, offers, etc.
• Be supportive in satisfying customer requests and collaborate with management for a seamless experience.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized store environment; support Store Operations as needed.
• Exemplify company vision, mission, and values.

A Stylist will:

• Exceed all corporate and personal goals and contribute to the store’s overall success with passion and integrity
• Grow a personal client list by consistently acquiring new customers while also inspiring and retaining existing loyal customer base
• Communicate regularly with personal client lists through phone, email, and social media regarding in-store events, merchandise requests, special offers, etc.
• Be supportive in satisfying all customer requests and collaborate with management team as necessary to ensure a seamless experience
• Work as a team to maintain a clean and well-organized store environment
• Provide support to the Store Operations team upon request, based on needs
• Exemplify the company’s vision, mission, and values

A Stylist has:
