Job summary

Groupe Dynamite Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience, welcome every customer, and uphold the brand and visual presentation standards across our stores.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will help drive store performance, build long‑term customer relationships, and participate in all essential duties to ensure efficient, profitable operations while delivering a fashion‑forward guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; other education is an asset.
• 6 months of retail sales experience is an asset.
• Passion for fashion and customer-first mindset are essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• Ability to work in a team and in a fast-paced store setting.
• Social media, mobile devices and computer skills are an asset.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Job summary:
